Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect wardrobe, we will gladly replace it for you. Please return the original item to us, and we will send you a replacement. We cannot accept returns if the damage was caused by you or through use of the product. To ensure a smooth process, please return the item within 7 business days of your invoice date. If you need a replacement urgently, please email a photo of the damage to us at sales@modaspace.co.nz, and we will arrange for a swift replacement.

Incorrect Items or Quantities
If you received an incorrect item or the wrong quantity, we will exchange it for the correct product or adjust the quantity as needed. Please ensure that the items are returned to us within 7 business days of the invoice date and that they are in saleable condition.

Note that if your order was placed through one of our suppliers, there might be a delay as we process the return and send the replacement.
For urgent replacements, please email us a photo of the incorrect product at sales@modaspace.co.nz, and we will handle it promptly.

Return Process
When contacting us about a return, we will provide you with the address for returning the item. We will cover the courier fees when sending the correct item to you.

Refund Policy
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will issue a refund if:

- The wardrobe was damaged in transit or upon receipt
- The incorrect item was supplied
- The order quantity was incorrect


Please ensure that we receive the return within 7 business days of the invoice date and that the wardrobe is in saleable condition unless it was damaged in transit or upon receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that there may be a slight delay in processing refunds through our finance team. Changing Your Mind or Ordering the Wrong Product
If you ordered the wrong wardrobe or changed your mind, we may offer an exchange, provided the item is returned within 7 business days of the invoice date in its original, saleable condition, including packaging. Please contact us first to discuss the exchange by emailing sales@modaspace.co.nz. If your purchase hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel your order and process a new one. Additional charges or credits may apply depending on price differences, and exchanges may incur a restocking and administration fee. Courier costs, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been correctly fulfilled, custom-made, or ordered in error, especially if they have already been printed and shipped. Please double-check your order details before confirming the purchase.
