Shipping Rates & Options
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
Custom Joinery Lead Times
For custom joinery items, please note that these are made to order, and the more joinery pieces included in your order, the longer the lead time will be. Standard lead times for joinery items are:
- Single Joinery Item: 2-5 days
- Multiple Joinery Items: Lead time will increase based on the complexity and quantity. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
We will notify you if there are any significant changes to your lead time.
Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: Non-custom orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. For custom joinery orders, processing times will begin after the lead time.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to:
- New Zealand: Standard shipping is available nationwide. Express shipping available on request.
- International Shipping: We can ship to Australia on request.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Remote or rural locations may incur additional shipping charges.
Delays and Issues
Custom joinery orders may have longer lead times due to their made-to-order nature. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines but may face delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages or high demand. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. For lost or missing orders, allow up to 7 days for the carrier to resolve the issue.
